Would be great wouldn't it? Happens in some schools, but probably not enough. Of course, if you do that, you have to make sure your staff has people of integrity who know how to follow through and have honest conversations with each other.
I completely agree. From what I'm seeing in my school, most of the teachers have a lot of heart but we're being weighed down and a little bit forced to let it go. My principal is a very well-intentioned person, but he's asking us to do things that make us look good instead of things that help the kids do better.
